This 9-piece set contains 5 mini mattarelli rolling pins ranging from 1/4"-1" in diameter for rolling a variety of pasta types, plus 3 solid brass ferretto: 3/16" square and round, and 1/8" hexagonal and round. Mattarelli supplied in an assorted variety of woods.

About Nonna's Woodshop - Vancouver chef Dan Ewart became pasta obsessed while working at Savio Volpe - an Italian spot in Van, and easily one of Canada's best restaurants. The obsession took over his workshop in Coquitlam, and he started making traditional pasta gear from sustainably sourced woods. The cloth satchels are made by his mom.
